Edward Phillips Oppenheim (1866–1946) was an English novelist, a major & successful writer of genre fiction including thrillers. He published about 150 books. He utilized besides a pseudonym Anthony Partridge.

He was innate within London. He required to last into his father's leather business, but became the agency writer when that was sold.
